Ecclesiastes 5:18

This is my place to come to help me to 'think on these' wonderful things in my life!

I am so thankful that I can enjoy the life God has given us with my husband and our children!

Gymnastics, Sampson, a toad, and Christa baking

We went to a park for a cookout with old dear friends of mine,
and Christa caught a toad! And a crickett!
We also all saw a family of deer walk across where the playground
was! There were about 5 of them I think, including 2 small
babies :) It was awesome!

First walk/ride to the library!

Kayleigh really wanted to do this! She's been
begging for a while :) the weather was
great today, so we did walk to the library!
Well - the children rode their bikes, except
for Christa, she walked and rode in the stroller.

Parking the bikes was such a big deal for them!

They are *SO* proud! They carried all of their books on
their backs! They had a lot too!

The walk back to the neighborhood ...
it was such an adventure!


So I don't remember planting yellow meated watermelon...
when I cut into this one, boy was I surprised! LOL
But it made the BEST Watermelon Strawberry Lemonade :)

Hair and the love of frogs...

I like this 'do' on Zoe! It just came to me, and
was quite easy :) I only do easy :))

Christa took such good care of the tadpoles! This one has
legs and arms and just a slight tail left, so we put him
in the pond :)

He was SO tiny!!!

Birthday party Face Painting!

The girls had a fantastic time at the birthday party
they were all invited to! We all had a good time :)

Visiting with Daddy while he had to babysit an office...

We had to get bloodwork done, and Christa was fascinated
with it all :) When it came time to do her, she wasn't as
thrilled :P

Some more schooly things...

the girls loved playing at this creek with
new friends!

Zoe did a great job with this impromptu 'quiz' - we haven't
'studied' the states at all, this is just how much she had
remembered from the placemats and maps up in the house.
When I asked her later if she knew some of the states she
left blank, she did :) All but about 2. I am so proud of her
self learning!

The girls found this under a vehicle in the mall parking lot,
it was barely alive so we carried it around and took care
of it for a while.
