Crescent Rolls - Whole Wheat style ;)


I made the yummy crescent roll recipe with freshly milled
flour


the dough was pretty nice to work with!



they were pretty yummy! not as good as the unbleached
white flour ones, but REALLY good!

Zoe at CBS production




They did a prayer chain - each of those circular rungs is
an answered prayer from the students. They did it since the
beginning of the year and stretched the chain out it's full length
and it was quite large and impressive :) it took up almost
half the circumference of the church sanctuary.

My Birthday Cake II

The girls helped decorate too :)


We only had a 4 candle, and not a '0' so the
girls said we should just put a lot of candles
on the cake instead of the 'numerals'. We
found the candles and started to put them on
and there were only 30. So....I told them all
I have no trouble at all turning 30 again :))

Some randomness


The best pico de gallo in the world! Doug
makes the bestest :)


The girls waiting for the bus :) LOL Yes, we still
home school. There is no bus, it's all pretend. They wait
at a certain time, then go to the pond to 'catch the bus'
and then come into the school room to start their school!
They pack their lunches and everything. They each have a back
pack and lunches with them in this photo!
